1. Coverage Details
The PSP covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns, as well as accidental damage from handling (ADH) such as drops, liquid spills, and cracked screens, occurring during normal use.
2. Exclusions
This plan does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect device functionality, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. Claim Process
To file a claim, bring the defective device along with your original purchase receipt and PSP agreement to our authorized service location. A diagnostic evaluation will be required to approve the repair or replacement.
4. Fees & Deductibles
Depending on the device tier and the nature of the claim, a standard service fee or deductible may apply at the time of repair or replacement. This will be communicated prior to service.
5. Transfer Policy
The PSP is fully refundable within the first 30 days of purchase provided no claims have been made. The plan may also be transferred to a new owner if the device is sold or gifted during the coverage period.
